Problem: Collecting detailed business context from clients for AI chatbots often caused delays and friction due to complex forms.

Task: We developed an automated solution using web scraping and AI to extract and standardize business data directly from client websites. This reduces client input to essential details, enabling faster chatbot deployment with pre-programmed tiers and workflows.

Results: Simplified chatbot creation process, reducing setup time to 10–15 minutes per bot while maintaining customization options for higher-tier clients. Improved client satisfaction and efficiency.

Problem: Businesses using lead notification systems via Google Apps Script lacked features like multi-recipient notifications, time zone adjustments, and custom email display options.

Task: We enhanced an existing Google Apps Script to support multiple email notifications, custom display names, and reply-to addresses for professional branding. Additionally, we incorporated time zone offsets to standardize timestamps in emails.

Results: The upgraded script allows seamless lead notification across different time zones and supports personalized branding for emails.

Problem: Businesses struggle to align ad spend with revenue goals due to unclear insights into lead conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and cost-per-conversion metrics.

Task: We created an interactive calculator that helps businesses estimate the ad spend required to achieve specific sales/revenue goals. The tool factors in conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and cost-per-conversion, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Results: Enabled users to identify achieving $50,000 extra revenue might require $11,250 additional ad spend, translating to $38,750 in net profit.

Problem: Businesses struggle to estimate the ROI of diverse marketing strategies and allocate budgets effectively.

Task: We developed a dynamic calculator to estimate profits from marketing investments across strategies like paid media, SEO, and cold outreach. It uses conservative industry averages, adjustable variability, and time-based factors like ad fatigue to provide actionable insights.

Results: Enabled businesses to project annual net ROI, refine marketing strategies, and optimize allocation based on performance, enhancing decision-making and financial outcomes.

Problem: Website visitors and chatbot users often provided fake or low-value contact information, reducing follow-up efficiency and prospecting opportunities.

Task: We built an automation that generates and emails a professionally formatted chat summary using ChatGPT, Webhooks, and Gmail. This enhanced lead quality by encouraging visitors to provide accurate contact details.

Results: The solution improved the quality of leads collected, increased engagement, and provided an efficient way to deliver meaningful chat interactions for both clients and their customers.

Problem: Universal and Aminos integration codes lacked customization and white-label branding options for client implementations.

Task: We developed a fully customizable integration setup using GitHub repositories and DNS configurations to provide white-label integration codes. This included creating redirect links, custom CSS styling, and domain-based branding for seamless client onboarding.

Task: We designed a solution using webhooks and conditional workflows to integrate AI chat logs, filter out duplicate entries in Google Sheets, and create actionable automations.

Problem: Creating review management systems (RMS) is typically a difficult and customized task involving different software and integrations. The client needed a way to streamline the process of creating curated RMS's for their own clients.

Task: We were tasked with creating a streamlined RMS that can onboard clients with relative ease, thus decreasing costs, labor, time, and support for the client. The platform was GoHighLevel.

Results: We completed the RMS using GoHighLevel and presented to the client as well as other agency owners. The model provides great value to them and their clients.

Problem: Manually creating, reviewing, and managing proposal documents was time-consuming and prone to errors, impacting efficiency.

Task: We developed an automation in GoHighLevel that triggers a Zapier workflow to generate proposals in PandaDoc. The workflow populates custom fields, sends notifications for review, and manages document signing.

Task: We developed an AI chatbot tailored for agencies, designed to handle support inquiries like automation setup, domain integration, and website building tasks for the GoHighLevel CRM platform. Problem: Automating lead data transfer from Outscraper to GoHighLevel (GHL) often requires costly third-party automation tools like Zapier.

Task: We developed a cost-effective solution using GHL's Premium Trigger and Google Sheets Apps Script. The workflow automated lead transfer with minimal manual input.

Results: The solution reduced costs significantly, with $15 for processing 1,000 leads compared to other automation platforms. It enabled businesses to handle large-scale lead scraping while reducing reliance on paid tools.

Problem: Businesses often struggle to convert website visitors into leads, with most visitors leaving without providing contact information. This results in missed opportunities.

Task: We design + develop custom AI chatbots for a personal injury attorney websites. The chatbots are trained on the firm's specific services to engage visitors, answer queries, collect verified contact information, and qualify leads. They provide personalized interactions and send real-time notifications with chat logs to the business.

Results: AI chatbots are shown to increase lead generation by up to 60%.
